In this full-time on-site role reporting to the Fund Development and Communications Lead, you will be integral to Oak Ridges Hospice’s fundraising strategy. With at least five years of experience required, the ideal candidate is a self-motivated leader with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. You'll focus on managing donor relations and executing successful fundraising events.

Key Responsibilities:
• Raise funds to support program operational needs
• Organize and oversee fundraising and donor events
• Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing donors




• Develop grant proposals for potential funding sources
• Ensure adherence to all fundraising policies

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience preferred
• At least 5 years in fundraising with demonstrated success
• Robust networking and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related fundraising software
• Valid driver’s license and criminal background check required
