We are currently seeking an HVAC Inside Sales Representative to join their team based in Surrey. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, building long-term customer relationships, and advancing their career with an established industry leader in the HVAC industry.
The product focus of this position is applied mechanical equipment. This includes; Rooftop Units, VRF, AHU’s, Chillers, Hydronic Equipment, and more.

What You'll Be Doing Your Responsibilities Will Include Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, providing prompt, professional support by phone and email
Preparing accurate estimates, quotations, and technical submittals for commercial HVAC projects




Managing customer orders from entry through delivery while ensuring accuracy and meeting project timelines
Coordinating with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, engineers, consultants, and key accounts
Delivering exceptional customer service by identifying solutions and responding proactively to customer needs
Supporting branch initiatives, customer events, and team projects as required
Continuously expanding your product knowledge and staying current with HVAC technologies and industry trends
What We're Looking For The ideal candidate enjoys working in a technical environment, thrives in a customer-facing role, and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.
Qualifications Include 3+ years of experience in the commercial HVAC industry or a related industry
Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and mechanical equipment
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
