As the Development Coordinator, you will report to the VP of Planning & Development and assist in the coordination of various phases of land development. Your responsibilities will include coordinating project budgets, liaising with design consultants, and managing jurisdictional approval processes. Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate multiple land development projects and phases
• Provide land use policy and by-law reviews
• Manage project budgets and schedules efficiently




• Liaise with architects, engineers, and consultants
• Facilitate project meetings, including agendas and minutes

Requirements:
• Minimum two years of experience in planning or related fields
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Effective communication and presentation abilities
• Experience with land development applications
• Solid graphic skills with Adobe Suite familiarity
