We are seeking a skilled Foreman to oversee daily activities at our facility. This role focuses on ensuring the efficient use of resources and promoting health and safety standards. A successful candidate will manage employees, enforce compliance, and engage in continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily plant operations for safety and productivity
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental compliance
• Manage employee performance, training, and recognition




• Monitor production metrics and support continuous improvements
• Ensure adherence to quality management and ISO standards

Requirements:
• High school education or equivalent experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with Excel, Word, and Outlook; D365 is a plus
• Previous customer interaction experience preferred
• Current CPR, First Aid, and AED Certification preferred
