As the HVAC Maintenance Supervisor, you will direct daily activities and optimize system performance for HVAC and utilities. This role includes preventive maintenance planning, supervising HVAC Mechanics, and coordinating contractors. You will be pivotal in achieving departmental safety and efficiency objectives while managing maintenance-capital projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and lead a skilled maintenance crew and contractors
• Develop and enhance preventive maintenance programs
• Plan and ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance
• Manage small maintenance capital projects efficiently
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators for effective asset management
Requirements:
• Journeyman Red-seal in HVAC or Electrician preferred
• 3-5 years of Supervisory experience in industrial settings
• Effective leadership and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CMMS applications
• Strong knowledge of safety and maintenance practices
