As a Civil/Pave Estimator, you will be responsible for crafting precise estimates for various segments, including commercial and federal projects. Collaboration is key; you will work alongside superintendents, project coordinators, and our dedicated estimating team to ensure seamless operations and transitions from bidding to project execution. Your insights on material logistics and vendor analysis will play a significant role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare accurate estimates based on efficient construction methods
• Oversee documentation for bids and contract administration




• Complete quantity take-offs and manage vendor relationships
• Track project financials and costs for compliance and reporting
• Conduct site assessments to mitigate risks

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or related Diploma preferred
• 2-5 years of relevant estimating experience
• Proficient in use of industry-standard estimating software
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with construction safety protocols
