You will collaborate with team members to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the repair process.

Key Responsibilities:
• Write accurate vehicle damage estimates
• Guide customers through the repair process
• Update ASE with customer interaction details




• Communicate customer needs to team members
• Participate in daily production walks with management

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years estimating experience in collision repair
• Proficiency with Mitchell and Qapter
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google tools
• Valid driver’s license required
