Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily activities of Housing Support Workers
• Conduct performance reviews and offer training support
• Help prioritize participant needs and housing outcomes
• Track team performance against program targets
• Facilitate meetings for problem-solving and case consultation

Requirements:
• Post-Secondary Degree in a relevant field
• At least 3 years of supervisory and case management experience
• Hold an Alberta Class 5 License with a clean record
• Familiarity with Housing First principles is beneficial
• Experience with diverse and high-risk populations
