Key Responsibilities:
• Develop an understanding of PBS software modules
• Conduct training sessions and support customer onboarding
• Foster and maintain customer relationships effectively
• Document training requests and issues for timely resolution
• Share knowledge across the STT team for continuous improvement

Requirements:
• Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in a car dealership
• Robust computer and MS Office Suite skills
• Ability to travel within Canada and the USA
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High School Diploma is mandatory
