Key Responsibilities:
• Conceptualize and coordinate events across multiple advocacy teams
• Plan and execute a variety of North America Advocacy events
• Manage venue selection, vendor coordination, and budgeting




• Oversee on-site event execution and troubleshoot issues
• Assist with partnership development and stakeholder outreach

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of event planning experience
• Robust interpersonal and communication skills for cross-team collaboration
• Proficiency in event management and office software
• Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
• Authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada required
