Roots is hiring a Team Lead to connect sales associates with the leadership team, overseeing store operations and motivating the team to exceed goals. You will report to the Store Manager and provide support to the Store and Assistant Managers in their absence.
We value passion for customer experience, collaboration, and flexibility to cover wide-ranging weekly shifts including weekends and holidays. Luxury retail experience is a plus and prior POS management is required.
