SAP Training Content Developer

Location: Onsite 3 days in a week in Calgary, AB or Toronto, ON Canada

Job Type: 6 Months Contract

Job Summary

We are looking for an SAP Training Content Developer with experience in SAP/ERP content development and creating training materials, manuals, and user guides.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain SAP/ERP training manuals and learning content.
Create step-by-step training guides, user instructions, and process documentation.
Work with SAP functional teams to understand business processes and system functionality.
Convert technical SAP information into easy-to-understand training material.
Review and update training content based on SAP system/process changes.
Ensure content is accurate, explicit, and consistent.

Requirements
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
Experience creating training manuals, user guides, or learning content.
Solid technical writing and documentation skills.
Ability to understand and explain SAP business processes in straightforward language.
Excellent communication and attention to detail.
SAP functional knowledge is a plus.
