Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and develop individual and group activation programs
• Set up activity areas and ensure cleanliness
• Monitor residents and report any condition changes




• Maintain comprehensive program and resident records
• Communicate resident participation to the care team
Requirements:
• Approved diploma or degree in Recreation and Leisure Services
• Knowledge of care planning for cognitively impaired individuals
• Current Vulnerable Sector Check required
• Proven experience in geriatric programming
• Excellent communication and monitoring skills
