Help implement ITIL processes, including incident management
Create and maintain runbooks for operations
Act on requests from internal application support teams




Monitor and maintain systems for optimal performance

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in SRE or similar roles
Familiarity with AWS and cloud infrastructure management
