Requirements:

Construction experience required

Experience with Sage Accounting software and Excel

Excellent written and oral communication skills in English

University/college education or related experience

Responsibilities:

Full cycle accounting, including monthly financial statements, using Sage Accounting software

Project costing

Payroll and associated remittances

WCB, GST and PST returns

Accounts payable and receivable

Monthly contract progress claims/holdbacks/stat decs

Maintain company benefit plan

Reconciliations of credit cards,



intercompany accounts and bank accounts

Assisting project managers

Administration
