MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:
1.) Strong experience with learning technologies/applications (Cornerstone/SumTotal, Degreed and Workday etc.)
2.) 5+ years of Business Application Analyst experience
SOFT SKILLS:
1.) Strong communication skills – verbal and written
2.) Robust organization skills
3.) Ability to prioritize tasks
4.) Robust stakeholder and vendor management skills
NICE-TO-HAVE
1.) Workday Learning experience is highly preferred
2.) Learning technology certifications
3.) Large corporation/enterprise level experience
4.) Solid Agile experience
