Ignition Marine is looking for an Expert Welder and Fabricator for their new Shelter Island Marina location. Join a specialized team dedicated to high-quality marine fabrication and repair.

As a Marine Welder/Fabricator, you will apply your 3-5 years of experience in welding and fabrication to create, repair, and install critical metal components for yachts and commercial vessels. Your role includes interpreting blueprints and ensuring all work meets stringent safety regulations while collaborating closely with marine technicians and project managers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform precision welding on aluminum, stainless steel, and steel
• Interpret and execute blueprints and engineering specifications
• Fabricate and assemble metal components using various tools




• Install components on yachts and assist in repairs as needed
• Conduct safety inspections to uphold industry standards

Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years in marine welding/fabrication
• Skilled in TIG, MIG, and Stick welding processes
• Red Seal Welder and/or CWB Certification preferred
• Certifications in safety protocols and physical readiness
• Robust teamwork and communication skills
