Serve as the backbone of logistics operations at Manitoulin Transport in Thunder Bay. As a Regional Operations Supervisor, you'll ensure productive day-to-day terminal operations in this full-time role.

Reporting directly to the Regional Manager and working closely with the Terminal Manager, this role focuses on maintaining service standards and managing local operations. You will oversee scheduling, coordinate with drivers, and lead dock staff, ensuring adherence to legal and company policies while optimizing performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and schedule terminal pickups and deliveries
• Manage driver and equipment availability efficiently
• Lead dock staff to meet performance expectations




• Maintain compliance with operational standards
• Act as point of contact during Terminal Manager's absence

Requirements:
• Class 1/AZ or Class 5/DZ license preferred
• Willing to travel across geographic locations
• Strong multitasking and leadership abilities
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
