This full-time role focuses on construction billing, including contracts and bonding. We're seeking an experienced candidate who has worked with U.S.-based general contractors or commercial construction firms. You'll handle retention, manage billing issues before they impact cash flow, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to meet project milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and submit AIA G702/G703 payment applications
• Build and maintain Schedule of Values (SOV)
• Track retainage and manage project payment milestones
• Organize commercial construction contracts and bonding
• Update project records in management systems
Requirements:
• Experience with AIA billing and G702/G703 applications
• Knowledge of Schedule of Values (SOV)
• Ability to track retainage and bonding documentation
• Solid Excel and Office skills
