Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate for effective project prioritization and planning
• Facilitate user sessions to document business processes




• Develop and update business process models and documentation
• Provide training on current systems for users
• Recommend improvements to workflows and procedures

Requirements:
• Minimum three years in a related business role
• At least two years as a Business Analyst
• Strong systems knowledge of applications and workflows
• Bilingual (English required, French is an asset)
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
