We have an opening for a Business Development Manager to join our team, based out of our Abbotsford HQ. This is a mid-level sales role covering both new business development and account management, with the opportunity to sell across the full Site Group of companies.
So what kind of person fits the role? Someone who is comfortable picking up the phone and starting a conversation with a stranger, but just as comfortable nurturing a relationship over the long haul. A person who is motivated by hitting targets, organized enough to keep a busy pipeline moving, and genuinely curious about the businesses they're talking to. Experience selling into industrial, construction, manufacturing, or related sector clients is a strong asset, but we're open to robust sales professionals from a range of backgrounds.

Comfortable managing a full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting through to close
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
