Realstar is seeking a Property Manager who will oversee the property’s performance by maximizing profitability and maintaining standards within operational and budgetary objectives. The Property Manager will support and guide their staff to promote customer satisfaction, management, and skill development. They supervise contractors, monitor the quality of work, and ensure compliance with fire and life safety standards. The Property Manager will also be required to work flexible schedule, including supporting their staff during month-end.

Responsibilities: Customer Service Greet and interact with residents in a friendly and professional manner
Promote a welcoming atmosphere
Demonstrate excellent customer service and a "can-do" attitude
Attend to resident concerns and service requests within 24 hours
Follow up with residents to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Handle office administrative tasks, such as processing online applications, creating notices, managing lease renewals, and other duties related to support daily operations
Organize, promote and execute resident events (i.e. holiday parties and summer barbeques)
Management & Training Interview screened candidates and provide hiring recommendations to District Manager
Complete orientation, training and or upskilling sessions for new and existing staff
Foster an environment to support ongoing development for staff members
