Humans of HR is working with a top financial services firm in Vancouver to find an Wealth Management Associate to join their team.

This is a outstanding opportunity for someone who has an interest in wealth management and wants to build a long-term career in a financial environment. A degree or designation in the financial services field is considered an asset.

What you'll be doing:

Supporting a team of senior professionals with day-to-day administration

Coordinating meetings, schedules and follow-ups

Preparing client documentation and meeting materials

Supporting client onboarding and account-related processes

Responding to client requests and providing a high level of service

Maintaining accurate information within internal systems





Assisting with business development and tracking prospective clients

Supporting internal projects and coordinating action items

What we're looking for:

Financial services experience and/or CSC is an asset

Strong organization and attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

Professional, polished and confident when interacting with clients

Experience with Salesforce or another CRM is an asset
