Key Responsibilities:
• Adjust staffing levels and patient assignments as necessary
• Report and address patient care issues proactively
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for effective planning




• Monitor and manage patient flow using Command Centre
• Engage in continuous education and training for staff

Requirements:
• Baccalaureate degree or equivalent in Nursing
• Valuable standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Two years of recent clinical experience
• Current BCLS certification or equivalent
• Leadership experience is highly desirable
