Key Responsibilities:
• Create detailed cost estimates including system sketches
• Develop project scope based on design-build plans
• Hold pre-bid meetings with Account Managers
• Identify cost-saving opportunities for various projects




• Optimize job costs through vendor negotiations

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or related field with 3-5 years’ estimating experience
• Proven experience with HVAC Controls and Automation
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
