Requirements
Qualifications & Experience

Minimum of 4 years of experience in a retail management role,



preferably within the wellness, natural products, or beauty sector

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and operational goals in a retail environment

Experience in team leadership, with demonstrated skills in coaching, development, and performance management

Robust understanding of inventory management, including stock control, accuracy, and merchandising standards

Familiarity with community engagement and customer loyalty-building techniques

Knowledge of sustainability practices and a passion for promoting environmentally responsible business practices

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to connect with customers and team members authentically

Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive approach to driving business results

Customer-focused mindset, with an ability to address concerns and enhance customer satisfaction

Ability to inspire and motivate a team, fostering a positive, inclusive work environment

Effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions confidently and handle challenges effectively

Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems, inventory software, and basic computer applications
