Join TAIBU Community Health Centre as an IRCA Coordinator to drive cultural assessments that empower Black communities. This full time contract role requires an immediate start and a passion for social justice.
In this position, you will report to the Chief Operations and Transformation Officer, implementing Impact Race and Culture Assessments™. Your responsibilities involve active training facilitation, participant support, and community outreach, working closely with the Delta Family Resource Centre to build a robust support network. The role emphasizes mentorship and knowledge-sharing, aiming to bridge gaps in community services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate comprehensive IRCA training programs
• Deliver at least two training cohorts each fiscal year
• Develop and implement a mentorship framework
• Engage the community through outreach presentations
• Collect and report on training and program data
Requirements:
• Master’s degree or equivalent in a related field
• Experience in anti-Black racism initiatives
• Robust communication and interpersonal skills
• Versatile working hours including evenings/weekends
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
