As Family Ministries Pastor, you will guide the ministry focused on children and families. Your role includes recruiting volunteers, engaging with parents, and creating opportunities for impactful worship experiences. You will support spiritual formation within the community while fostering collaboration among staff and volunteers.

Key Responsibilities: • Create a vision for impactful children’s ministry • Recruit and train volunteers with necessary checks • Prepare curriculum and resources for Sunday ministry • Conduct child dedication services and engage families • Attend weekly staff meetings and leadership retreats
