Key Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment processes and candidate assessments
• Train and support Leaders on performance and development
• Champion employee engagement through initiatives and events




• Handle onboarding and exit processes for team members
• Develop HR communications and policy responses
Requirements:
• 5+ years of general HR experience
• 1-2 years focusing on recruitment and onboarding
• Advanced MS Office skills required
• Solid knowledge of employment regulations
• Capable of fostering positive workplace relationships
