Key Responsibilities:
• Dispense and review medications accurately
• Provide expert patient counseling and care

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
• Active license from the Ontario College of Pharmacists
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Skills in sterile compounding preferred
• Familiarity with pharmacy software systems
