In the role of Diesel Mechanic Customer Equipment Solutions (Service Tech IV), you'll operate with limited supervision on mechanical, diesel, and electrical systems across a variety of customer equipment. Your duties include travel for on-site repairs and maintaining comprehensive documentation of your work. You'll also assist in training junior technicians and engage in upselling opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct repairs on complex diesel and hydraulic equipment
• Maintain transparent and accurate service documentation
• Travel to various job sites for repairs
• Train and mentor less experienced technicians
• Assist with equipment logistics and deliveries
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong mechanical skills and tool knowledge
• Valid driver’s license with a clean history
• Must have own tools for job execution
