Rogers Bank is seeking a Manager, Compliance Testing to strengthen the Regulatory Compliance Management (RCM) program. The role focuses on independent testing of controls and reporting of compliance status within the Bank.
You will help drive remediation and training initiatives across the organization. We look for candidates with 3+ years in regulatory compliance, solid financial services knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
