Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities:
Take charge of support requests and contribute to the resolution of incidents and problems
Act as a dispatcher in the claims management process
Configure, maintain and evolve development infrastructures
Develop, program, deploy and upgrade common tools and modules
Perform unit, functional and integrated testing
Ensure the maintenance and evolution of software and software packages related to development infrastructures
Produce, update and maintain technical documentation
Install, certify and support common tools and modules in different environments
Accompany users and provide the necessary support to maintain the expected levels of service
Leverage expertise and contribute to knowledge sharing within the organization
Carry out operational requests related to the position,



including occasional support outside of normal working hours
Perform any other activities required for the project
The profile we are looking for is as follows:
Minimum of five (5) years of experience as an analyst-programmer, including at least three (3) years in the last five (5) years;
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a development support role;
Minimum of four (4) years of experience with C# and/or VB.NET;
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in server component development (backend);
Minimum of two (2) years of experience with Azure DevOps;
Minimum of one (1) year of experience with one or more of the following technologies: PowerShell, Microsoft Azure, Oracle, BizTalk or YAML.
