Your primary responsibilities will include documenting user stories, maintaining the product backlog, and identifying process improvements to enhance business services through technology. This role is essential for ensuring effective communication between business and delivery teams while advocating for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Elicit and document user stories collaboratively




• Manage and prioritize the product backlog
• Facilitate sprint ceremonies and workshops
• Validate acceptance criteria and conduct testing
• Identify KPIs for business processes

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of business analysis experience
• Degree in Business, IT, or related field
• CBAP or equivalent certification preferred
• Knowledge of Guidewire is an asset
• Advanced skills in agile methodologies
