We are seeking a agile and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong background in restaurant management. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food safety, staff performance, and customer satisfaction while maintaining a positive work environment.

As a Assistant Restaurant Manager (NOC 60030), your duties will be:
Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol,



kitchen and cleaning supplies
Evaluate daily operations
Plan and organize daily operations
Recruit staff
Set staff work schedules
Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
Cost products and services
Organize and maintain inventory
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
Participate in marketing plans and implementation
Address customers’ complaints or concerns
Provide customer service
Languages Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience 1 year to less than 2 years
Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Supervision Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time (35-40 hours/week)
Compensation: $ 27.00/hour
