As a Senior Analyst reporting to the Senior Manager of Investment Accounting, you will consolidate and interpret financial information relevant to investment business units. Your expertise in accounting and financial reporting will enable collaboration with Corporate Finance and Operations teams to ensure timely and accurate financial results. This role is essential to support the goals of OMERS and foster a culture of continuous learning and process enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate deliverables for the accounting close cycle
• Prepare financial statement notes for investment assets




• Assist with audits and gather supporting documentation
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders and auditors
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in accounting or financial analysis
• CPA designation or pursuing CPA
• Strong understanding of IFRS accounting standards
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with Oracle, Alteryx, or Workiva is a plus
