Key Responsibilities:
• Own technical direction for GitHub’s web UI platform
• Drive large-scale cross-team initiatives and migrations




• Establish standards for frontend development and patterns
• Produce architecture proposals and evaluate trade-offs
• Mentor engineers through design and code reviews

Requirements:
• 9+ years in Software Engineering or related field
• Proven experience in production software coding
• Deep knowledge of React or Angular internals
• Experience in improving web performance systematically
• Robust understanding of web and accessibility fundamentals
