Hi,I am in a wheelchair, in my forties, and I am seeking assistance with most tasks. I have muscle stiffness which prevents me from completing most tasks without help. Due to the muscle stiffness, I appreciate stretches and light exercises daily.I am a fairly quiet person, a little shy, respectful, and I enjoy learning current things.
