CMHC is seeking a bilingual Senior Officer, Operations, Multi-Unit Servicing and Default Management to help build a servicing function from the ground up. You will review requests, analyze risk on a file-by-file basis, and develop strategies to minimize CMHC's risk while delivering high-quality client service. This temporary hybrid role involves day-to-day servicing of multi-unit mortgage applications, stakeholder collaboration, and communicating key decisions.
