In this permanent position within the Chronic Resident Unit, you'll utilize your Continuing Care Assistant certificate to meet physical, emotional, and psychological needs of clients. The expected shift work includes days and weekends, catering to residents’ comfort and quality of care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive personal care to residents
• Encourage participation in daily activities and care routines
• Maintain clear communication with clients and healthcare staff




• Document and report on residents' status and needs
• Implement care practices that prioritize client welfare
Requirements:
• Must hold a Continuing Care Assistant certificate (CCA)
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Capacity to work independently and manage responsibilities
• Valid driver's license where applicable
• Food Safe certification, if required
