Must Haves

10+ years in Business Analysis supporting SDLC delivery across multiple concurrent projects

Requirements elicitation , requirements analysis , lifecycle management , and process modeling within enterprise environments

Agile , hybrid , or stage-gated delivery frameworks supporting enterprise applications and system integrations

Visio , Lucidchart , Jira , Azure DevOps , Confluence , and ServiceNow

Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field

Nice to Have

Understanding of ServiceNow, Microsoft Intune, and Okta

Experience supporting HR, Finance, or Supply Chain systems

Exposure to data analysis, data mapping, or integrations

Working knowledge of cybersecurity and compliance considerations within business and system requirements

Responsibilities





Lead end-to-end requirements activities from discovery and elicitation through validation, UAT, and implementation support

Partner with Project Managers and Technical Leads to align requirements with scope, timelines, and delivery objectives

Elicit, analyze, and translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements

Develop and execute test scenarios and test cases

Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing and regression testing activities

Develop process models, workflows, and documentation to support solution delivery

Manage requirements traceability, change control, and impact assessment throughout the solution lifecycle
