You will be part of an interprofessional team offering assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation services to patients with complex mental health needs. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver specialized care to patients with mental illnesses
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in treatment plans
• Maintain patient care documentation and assessments




• Model the Recovery philosophy in all care aspects
• Support and enhance patient rehabilitation processes

Requirements:
• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• CPR certification for Health Care Providers
• Knowledge of CNO Standards of Practice
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Preferred recent psychiatric nursing experience
