In this senior role, you will report to the Senior Lead, Training and Development, ensuring effective training delivery and resource development for our mining operations. Your responsibilities involve leading training initiatives, enhancing organizational skills, and collaborating with various stakeholders. Demonstrated interpersonal and supervisory skills are essential for promoting workforce effectiveness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
• Adhere to health and safety training programs
• Deliver job-based and simulation technology training




• Guide Training Coordinators on operational shifts
• Collaborate on project plans with departments
• Implement creative training methods and materials

Requirements:
• Minimum eight years in mining or training roles
• Strong grasp of Project and Change Management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite®
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required
• Experience with Training History Programs is a plus
