Key Responsibilities:
• Perform and update resident assessments regularly
• Administer medications and document care accurately




• Facilitate family education and care meetings
• Manage urgent medical situations and provide first aid
• Collaborate on infection prevention and control measures

Requirements:
• Valid registration as a Registered Practical Nurse
• Experience in gerontology or long-term care
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
• Recent Vulnerable Position Screening completed
