Conduct patient assessments and develop nursing diagnoses
Build therapeutic relationships with patients and families
Implement and update individualized care plans




Facilitate patient education on health maintenance
Document care interventions and patient outcomesRequirements:
Graduation from an approved School of Nursing
Registration with British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives
Completion of a relevant post-basic course
At least one year of cardiac monitoring experience
