Key Responsibilities:
• Manage intake assessment and coordinate services
• Provide individual and group counselling support
• Collaborate on resident care plans with the team




• Assist clients in resolving functional daily living issues
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
Requirements:
• Registered Social Worker designation in Ontario
• At least 2 years of experience in a relevant setting
• Excellent communication skills and empathy
• Ability to work independently
• Recent satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Screen
