Key Responsibilities:
• Drive and support a safety culture across the organization
• Attract and develop top talent to enhance employee experience
• Lead key change initiatives within the Region




• Strategically guide District Leaders in various business lines
• Analyze P&L; and evaluate performance for budget adherence

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
• 10-15 years of senior management experience required
• Proven P&L; management and team leadership experience
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
