BinSentry is seeking an Electronics Technician Team Lead to guide and support a growing team. This role requires strong leadership to address complex technical problems while maintaining hands-on involvement. Candidates with 5-8 years of relevant experience will manage team performance, assist in hiring, and ensure quality oversight of electronics systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily activities and set engineering priorities
• Manage budgets and procure necessary tools and equipment
• Ensure analysis quotas are consistently met




• Conduct interviews and onboard new technicians
• Support ESD mitigation training for recent team members

Requirements:
• 5-8 years in electronics diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Proficient in oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers
• Electronics Technologist Diploma or Engineering Degree
• Strong mentoring and communication skills
• Familiar with Odoo inventory systems
