This 100% term, part-time position involves providing assistance to students, particularly those with Autism Spectrum Disorder and developmental disabilities. You will collaborate with educators and staff while handling confidential information and adapting learning programs. A creative, dynamic approach is essential to meet diverse student needs and ensure a supportive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and developmental disabilities
• Collaborate with teachers on modifying educational programs
• Participate in academic support and special programs implementation




• Assist students in toileting and physical activities
• Provide yard duty assistance while ensuring student safety

Requirements:
• Community college diploma in Developmental Services or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience with school-aged special needs children
• Valid First Aid/CPR Level C certification preferred
• Completed Non-Violent Crisis Intervention training
• Familiarity with Ontario Curriculum and assistive technology
