Job Description
What you can expect

Prepare, organize, and maintain data required for client billing.

Work with various departments to gather complete and accurate information.

Review submitted data for missing, incomplete, duplicate, or inconsistent information.

Assist with preparing, issuing, and processing customer invoices.

Maintain supporting documentation for billing and financial records.





Track the purchasing of warehouse supplies, consumables, and services.

Update and maintain Excel trackers, financial reports, and source files.

Assist with reconciling information between invoices, operational reports, purchasing records, and internal systems.

Prepare structured data for Power BI dashboards and financial reporting.

Support the development and maintenance of standardized data-entry and reporting procedures.

Assist with other accounting, billing, reporting, and finance-related tasks as required.

Other job duties assigned.

What you bring

Minimum of 1-year data entry experience

Someone who is passionate about understanding the value of data.

College or University diploma in business administration or similar field

Microsoft Excel experience required

Work independently or in a team.

Detail orientated
